Booking conditions:

Please ensure that you read thoroughly and understand the booking conditions prior to booking your stay at Ty Beulah.
 

Arrival/Departure

Please arrive at the cottage after 3pm and leave on the day of your departure before 10am.
 

Payments

A deposit of £50 per week confirms your holiday booking. This may be paid by cheque accompanied by the booking form. Payment of any balance of the total cost of the holiday will be due two calendar months before the commencement of the holiday. An invoice will be sent to you for the outstanding amount.

Please note if booking two calendar months or less before the commencement of your holiday please return full payment with the booking form. Cheques to be made payable to P. Lowndes.
 

Cancellations

If you find it necessary to cancel please telephone J. Lowndes on 01745 824328 immediately and confirm your cancellation, with reasons, in writing within four days of your call. In the event of a cancellation up to one week before your holiday commencement date, any payment (less a handling charge of £50 per week) will be returned. If the cancellation occurs within one week prior to your holiday commencement date then no payment will be returned.
 

General

A representative of Ty Beulah is to be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. Ty Beulah cannot in any circumstances accept responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover both yourself, others in the party and personal belongings.
 

Responsibility of the Holidaymaker

The number of persons using the cottage is not to exceed the maximum as notified on the booking form.

Holidaymakers are liable for any damage, breakages or loss. Holidaymakers are liable for any damage caused by their pets. A maximum of one dog is permitted if kept under proper control. Any damage done by any pet must be paid for. Pets must not be allowed on to any bedding or soft furnishing in the cottage and bedding must be provided by the holidaymaker to protect the owners’ floor coverings and furnishings.
